Title

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1. The Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, shall enter into agreements with the owners of the following properties for the City to acquire ownership of all water, sewer, and stormwater mains laid or constructed along West Country Club Road, Mimi Circle, and East Country Club Road, from Conshohocken Avenue to Conshohocken Avenue, and a portion of Lankenau Avenue:

 

2780-2772 W. Country Club Road;

2768-2758 W. Country Club Road;

2754-2718 W. Country Club Road;

2636-2624 W. Mimi Circle;

2618-2604 W. Mimi Circle;

3720-3712 Mimi Circle;

2603-2619 E. Mimi Circle;

2625-2635 E. Mimi Circle;

2701-2725 E. Country Club Road;

2735-2765 E. Country Club Road;

3939-3901 Lankenau Ave.

 

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve the agreements necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which agreements shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interest of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purpose of this Ordinance.
