THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established:

NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME

53rd street, both sides, between Whitby avenue and Broomall street.

SECTION 2.  The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established:

NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME

Whitby avenue, both sides, between 53rd street and 52nd street.

SECTION 3.  This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance.
