Title

Establishing no truck parking restrictions near various locations, including: recreation centers, libraries, parks, and schools in the 4th Council District; all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.  The City of Philadelphia Streets Department shall promulgate regulations to establish no truck parking restrictions near various locations, including: recreation centers, libraries, parks, and schools in the 4th Council District consistent with protection of public safety and appropriate use of the right-of-way.

 

SECTION 2.  Such regulations shall take effect upon placement of parking signage consistent with such regulations.
