THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, 435 North Broad Associates, LLC. ("Owner"), to install, own, and maintain encroachments at 435 North Broad Street (the "Encroachment") as follows:
Property: 435 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 (the "Property").
Encroachment Description:
Proposed planters and fences, located along the north Right-of-Way line of Noble Street in four (4) parts.
Part 1 (Planter and Fence)
A proposed planter and fence, located along the north Right-of-Way line of Noble Street, from a point approximately five feet four inches (5'-4") east of the North Broad Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately thirty-two feet (32'-0") farther east and encroaching upon the north footway of Noble Street approximately three feet five inches (3'-5") toward the south.
Part 2 (Planter and Fence)
A proposed planter and fence, located along the north Right-of-Way line of Noble Street, from a point approximately forty-eight feet ten inches (48'-10") east of the North Broad Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately thirty feet seven inches (30'-7") farther east and encroaching upon the north footway of Noble Street approximately three feet five inches (3'-7") toward the south.
Part 3 (Planter and Fence)
A proposed planter and fence, located along the north Right-of-Way line of Noble Street, from a point approximately ninety-five feet six inches (95'-6") east of the North Broad Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately twenty-one feet one inch (21'-1") farther east and encroaching upon the north footway of Noble Street approximately three feet ten inches (3'-10") toward the south.
