Amending Section 20-304 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Compensation for Members of Boards, Commissions, Committees and Councils,” by revising the compensation for members of the Environmental Justice Advisory Commission, under certain terms and conditions.

SECTION 1. Section 20-304 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

§ 20-304. Compensation for Members of Boards, Commissions, Committees and Councils.

(41) Environmental Justice Advisory Commission. Each member of the Environmental Justice Advisory Commission shall receive [forty] one hundred twenty-five dollars [($40)] ($125) compensation for each [monthly] meeting of the [Board] Commission which the member attends; provided, that the total compensation paid to each member in any year shall not exceed [two hundred forty] one thousand five hundred dollars [($240).] ($1,500).
