Body
WHEREAS, Every community is comprised of people who dedicate themselves to the betterment of their neighborhoods. Though they do much work in contributing to their communities, they are often unsung and underappreciated; and
WHEREAS, To honor those who sustain our neighborhoods, the Council of the City of Philadelphia applauds Dallas Hubert as a Hero of the 9th Council District; and
WHEREAS, Hubert is known in the 9th District for his avid participation in community clean-ups; and
WHEREAS, In all that Dallas Hubert does, he furthers the progress of our City. Philadelphians who, through dedication and excellence, contribute in a meaningful way to the well-being of their communities are integral to the functioning and wholesomeness of our City. As such, Dallas Hubert’s civic service is much appreciated; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, Does hereby extend its sincere gratitude to Dallas Hubert for his extraordinary service to our community. We wish him success in the days ahead and extend the sincere respect and admiration of this legislative body.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That an Engrossed copy of this resolution be presented to Dallas Hubert as a sign of the sincere admiration and respect of this legislative body.
