THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently TORRES JUAN CARLOS APARICIO, or the owner's designee (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 1524 S. 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 D/B/A El Chingon

A sidewalk caf? located as follows, with a minimum of six feet (6'-0") of clear passable sidewalk space to remain after installation of each part identified below:

A total of four (4) tables and twelve (12) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the west sidewalk of South 10th Street along the property line of 1524 South 10th Street and the north sidewalk of Cross Street along the property line of 1524 South 10th Street written in two parts:

Part 1

One (1) table and two (2) seats will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet (2'-0") towards the east, along the west footway of South 10th Street starting from a point approximately twenty one feet (21'-0") north of the Cross Street north curbline to a point appropriately six feet six inches (6'-6") farther north leaving a minimum seven feet (7'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2

Three (3) tables and ten (10) seats will be located adjacent to the building and encroach a distance of approximately four feet (4'-0") towards the south, along the north footway of Cross Street starting from a point approximately twenty-four feet three inches (24'-3") west of the South 10th Street west curbline to a point approximately forty-three feet four inches (43'-4") farther west leaving a minimum six feet three inches (6'-3") of clear unobstructed footway.
