Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk caf? in the vicinity of 701 S. 50th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19143, under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently FIREHOUSE VENTURE L P, or the owner's designee (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Property: 701 S. 50th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19143 D/B/A Carbon Copy (the "Property")

Encroachment Description (collectively as described below, the "Encroachment"):

A sidewalk caf? located as follows, with a minimum of six feet (6'-0") of clear passable sidewalk space to remain after installation of each part identified below:

A total of eleven (11) tables and forty (40) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the south sidewalk of Willows Avenue along the property line of 701 S. 50th Street and the east sidewalk of South 50th Street along the property line of 701 S. 50th Street written in two parts:

Part 1
Six (6) tables and twenty-two (22) seats will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet four inches (4'-4") towards the north, along the south footway of Willows Avenue starting from a point approximately seventeen feet six inches (17'-6") east of the South 50th Street east curbline to a point approximately forty-five feet three inches (45'-3") farther east leaving a minimum ten feet (10'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Five (5) tables and eighteen (18) seats will be located adjacent to the building and encroach a distance of approximately four feet four inches (4'-4"), along the east footway South 50th Street starting from a point approximately twenty-three feet six inches (23'-6") south of the Willows Avenue south curbline to a point approximately forty feet eight inches (40'-8") farther south leaving a minimum seven feet (7'-0...
