The Council of the City of Philadelphia is pleased and proud to honor and recognize Vicki Riley for her extraordinary service to the community and the City of Philadelphia.
WHEREAS, Vicki Riley has served laudably as the Public Information Officer at the Philadelphia Department of Revenue for decades; and
WHEREAS, Riley is retiring from the Department of Revenue on October 20, 2023.
WHEREAS, Riley’s impact and lasting influence can be seen in the countless homeowners and vulnerable individuals she supported and informed about the Department of Revenue’s assistance programs during her outreach efforts; and
WHEREAS, Riley dedicated numerous years to attending more than 300 events, reaching out to various neighborhoods across the city; and
WHEREAS, In all that Vicki Riley has done, she furthered the progress of our City. Philadelphians who, through dedication and excellence, contribute in a meaningful way to the well-being of their communities are integral to the functioning and wholesomeness of our City. As such, Vicki Riley’s public service is much appreciated; and
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Philadelphia extends its sincere gratitude to Vicki Riley for her extraordinary service to our community and the City of Philadelphia. We wish her success in the days ahead and extend the sincere respect and admiration of this legislative body; therefore, be it
