THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Bill Number 230486, passed by Council on October 26, 2023, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
