THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Center City District ("CCD") to install, own, and maintain encroachments in the vicinity of the 700 Block of Sansom Street (the "Encroachment") as follows:
