WHEREAS, Cynthia's visionary leadership has propelled EFTT to plant nearly 1,000 trees across East Falls, transforming streets and public spaces into verdant havens while leaving an enduring green legacy for generations to come; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia's dedication extends far beyond tree planting, as she has tirelessly championed environmental education initiatives, engaging the youth of East Falls and fostering a profound appreciation for nature, ensuring that the torch of environmental stewardship is passed on to future generations; and
