The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear
testimony on the following items:
An Ordinance To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning
designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by McKinley
Street, Leonard Street, Devereaux Avenue, and Bustleton Avenue.
