Public Hearing Notice  
The Committee on Appropriations of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public  
Hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on  
the following items:

An Ordinance authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 from:  
the General Fund, the Water Fund, the Water Residual Fund, the Grants Revenue  
Fund, the Aviation Fund, and the Transportation Fund, all from certain or all City  
offices, departments, boards and commissions; to: the General Fund, the Water  
Fund, the Water Residual Fund, the Aviation Fund and the Transportation Fund,  
all to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions.  
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Appropriations, open to the  
public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.  
Copies of the foregoing items are available in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the Council, Room 402,  
City Hall.
