The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public
Hearing on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 9:30 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony
on the following item:
An Ordinance To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning
designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by I-76, the
Schuylkill Expressway Ramp, Hartranft Street, and the Conrail Right-of-Way.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to
the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
