The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing
on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the
following items:

maintain a proposed fence encroachment at 1338-44 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia, PA
19140 (“Property”), under certain terms and conditions.

and Littering,” to require locking dumpsters; all under certain terms and conditions.
An Ordinance authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 5901 Wayne
Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144, under certain terms and conditions.
An Ordinance authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity
